While we cannot guarantee delivery exactly on May 10th, every order includes an instant Digital Reveal Card so Mom can experience the magic on Mother’s Day morning while her living gift is in transit.

Are there any special discounts for Mother’s Day?

Yes! Each Mother’s Day gift set is eligible for a 10% discount. For your convenience, shipping is already included in the price of the gift set so there are no surprises at checkout.

Is there any assembly or planting required?

None at all. The plant arrives "display-ready," already nestled in our signature ceramic pot. We have removed the guesswork of planting so Mom can enjoy the soft glow from day one without any garden work.

What is the Mother's Day Greeting Card and how do I get it?

The Mother's Day Greeting Card is a beautiful, high-resolution greeting that explains the magic of the Firefly Petunia. You will receive a download link for both a mobile-friendly version (JPG) and a printable version (PDF) in your confirmation email immediately after purchase.

How do I know when Mom’s gift will arrive?

Before you checkout, simply enter Mom’s zip code into our Shipping Tracker. You will see an estimated delivery date based on her local USDA Hardiness Zone. Please note that because we ship living plants, these dates are subject to change based on local weather conditions to ensure Mom’s Firefly Petunia arrives healthy.

What if the plant arrives before Mother’s Day?

Since we ship according to nature’s schedule, some plants may arrive as early as late April. If this happens, we will send you shipping and delivery updates so you can call Mom and tell her to open her mystery box immediately so the plant can get sunlight and air. You can then send her the Mother's Day Greeting Card on Sunday morning to officially reveal the "glow".

What if the plant arrives after Mother’s Day?

To ensure your plant arrives vibrant and ready to bloom, we only ship when the weather is safe. If the delivery date falls after May 10th, your Mother's Day Greeting Card serves as the perfect placeholder. On Mother’s Day morning, you can text, email, or print this card for Mom to show her the "living light" that is heading her way.

What should Mom do as soon as the package arrives?

Because this is a rare living gift, THE BOX SHOULD BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. Your Firefly Petunia has been traveling in the dark and needs some water, a sunny spot, and nutrition to recover from its journey. Each plant set includes specialized nutrition and care instructions to ensure the living light thrives as it grows.

How do we "activate" the glow?

There is no "on" switch! The Firefly Petunia produces its own natural biological energy. To ensure the best moonlight glow at night, Mom simply needs to place the plant in a sunny indoor spot during the day. Sunlight, water, and nutrition act as the "fuel" for its evening magic.
